Construction consultation services tailored to meet your needs.
I provide comprehensive residential engineering and architectural design services, guiding clients from initial concepts to project completion. I offer a full range of expertise, including conceptual guidance, project management, construction management, and owners' representation.
My focus is on delivering high-quality, personalized service to ensure your vision is realized with precision and efficiency. Our project can be as small as an initial discussion to help organize your thoughts or meet with contractors, all the way up to a partnership throughout the construction process. I will provide as much or as little help as you need.
I have designed and built every aspect of residential construction. Heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, architecture, lighting and landscape.
With over 20 years in the engineering & construction world I have had the opportunity to see the industry from all angles. I have worked as a consulting, engineer, facilities engineer, facilities project manager, and contractor's engineer.
My biggest asset is my ability to do big picture thinking. I can look at a problem and understand the variety of potential issues that are impacting it. From there I can construct a suite of potential solutions to address the root cause of the problem, and not just the symptom.
With experience from small commercial all the way up to large industrial and infrastructure projects I have designed or managed all aspects of construction. I have knowledge of HVAC, hydronics, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, controls and all other aspects of construction.
I started in construction as a child helping my father from a very young age all the way through high school. He did his own home renovations and and property management. I have been handing my my dad tools and swinging a hammer myself for over 40 years. The physical aspects of construction work brings a satisfaction of seeing the outcome of your work at the end of the day.
I went on to college at RPI to study mechanical engineering graduating in 2002. From there my first job was with a fire sprinkler contractor outside NYC. I went on to work with a cleanroom contractor, several consulting engineering firms and industrial commercial companies in facilities. The pandemic provided me a new perspective on life and I started doing some work on the side and broadening my interests from commercial and industrial engineering. Eventually leading up to me deciding to expand to the residential sector.
I have been doing my own construction renovations and have gained a lot of knowledge in the space. I am looking forward to combining my years of engineering experience with my years of residential construction work to provide a well rounded resource to other people.
